It was interesting going to the sugar shack, the area were R.D. Wahl was murdered and being in the same cell were Red Snyder was also murdered. The penitentiary is a very creepy and scary place to visit. When I was there last year my friends and I were in the area were R.D. Wahl got murdered, there was a metal chair in the room. My friend decided to yelled out to R.D Wahl and asked him if he was here to make a noise. We all waited for a few minutes and there was no noise. So my friend asked again, "if you are there, make a noise" we waited and all of a sudden we heard the metal chair fall to the ground!! It startled and scared us. We decided to moved on and try again later but nothing else happened. The whole experience at Moundsville Penitentiary was fun, great and scary. We are heading back up to the Moundsville Penitentiary on April 24 2010. I hope we see or hear something again...this time I hope we get to see the shadow man or experience more stuff with R.D Wahl or on Red............ Brian
