The Moundsville Center is located off of 8th Street.
Enter through the North Gate.
The Bay Area is where we host all of our large events. The possibilities for events and decorations are only limited by your imagination. This area can host wedding receptions, expos, festivals, banquets, steak fry benefits, and more! Pricing for this area is based on each individual event. Factors include the amount of people attending, the number of days you will be using our facility, add-on equipment, stage, audio/visual equipment, setup, and if security is needed.
*We require at least 2 security officers to attend each event if alcohol is being served.
*Event insurance is REQUIRED for EVERY EVENT. Proof of event insurance must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
Our Classrooms are equipped with a projector, and the perfect size for a business meeting. Bring your own laptop for your presentations. We can accommodate approximately 20 persons in each Classroom. Classrooms are $125 per 6 hour day.
The carpeted Showcase Room is large enough to hold approximately 75 – 100 chairs for a speaking event. Podiums, audio system, and projectors can be added with an extra charge. The Showcase Room is also large enough to set up tables and chairs for approximately 50 people. The rental charge for the Showcase Room is $75 per hour with a $50 charge if food is being served.
The Pavilion is available during the warmer months at the rate of $125 for 4 hours ($50 for each additional hour), and can hold approximately 75 people. Located inside the walls of the prison, on the North Yard. There are restroom facilities located adjacent to the pavilion area.
