Paranormal License Agreement

18 years of age and older. No exceptions.

A photo ID card or passport is required for age verification upon check-in.

Please note: We do not hold paranormal events beginning in mid-September throughout October due to our haunted house and other Halloween events.

Experience the Paranormal

If things aren’t spooky enough during the day, you can visit the prison overnight. Start with a 90-minute guided tour, and the rest of the night is your own. If you are searching for paranormal activities or just want to experience the penitentiary at night, here is your chance.

Include a maximum of twenty (20) ghost hunters, or come all by yourself, to seek out the spirits that live here. PPIs are available only on select nights! Please note, we do not have paranormal events in mid-September throughout October due to our Halloween events.

We require a minimum non-refundable deposit amount of $349 + tax/fees. The remaining balance ($750 + tax/fees) will be due no later than 30 days before your event. Once your deposit has been paid, and our calendar is updated, we will invoice you separately for the remaining balance through PayPal Invoicing. You do not have to have a PayPal account to view and pay the remaining balance on the invoice. Please ensure when booking that you enter your contact information in full and correctly. You are also welcome to call our office at 304-845-6200 to make a payment over the phone. Office hours are normally Monday through Friday from 9am until 4pm.

Make sure to bring your flashlights, cameras, extra batteries, and any investigative equipment that you might need! You are allowed to bring snacks, refreshments, and coolers. Open-toed shoes and heels are not allowed. See the guidelines below for more important information.

NO ALCOHOL! Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our parking areas and/or inside of our facility. Alcohol consumption is not permitted prior to your event. You will be considered a risk to yourself, other participants, and our property. If alcohol consumption is suspected, you will be removed from, or denied entry to, the event and not issued a refund.

*If you are a paranormal company or group who are selling tickets, you are not permitted to book more than 2 investigations per year. Any additional events will be canceled by management. You cannot change the beginning time or ending time without approval by management. Customer maximum remains at 20 persons unless approved by management for an additional fee per person*
