Elizabethtown Festival

Established by the Moundsville Economic Development Council (MEDC), this heritage festival takes place in Moundsville, WV, where from 1832 until 1866 the area was called Elizabethtown, named to honor Elizabeth, the wife of city founder Joseph Tomlinson.

Princess Tea

Come join your favorite princesses for a day of fun, games, refreshments, and snacks! Party or Sunday dress attire is encouraged for everyone, you can even arrive dressed as your favorite princess!

Mock Prison Riot

The Mock Prison Riot is the only venue of its kind where law enforcement and corrections practitioners can touch, see, and actually deploy technologies from the showcase under real-world conditions, utilizing the grounds of the decommissioned West Virginia Penitentiary to maximum advantage.

Join us for another installment of our “Sip and Seek.” Bring your significant other, best friends, or just yourself to our newest event. Into the Heart of the Dungeon

Come join us for the most extreme Valentine’s Day you will ever experience! Begin your evening with a romantic dinner for two that will include wine. You must be on time for your dinner settings. The reservation time that you book is the time you are expected to check-in. You will not be seated early. Dinner will be served inside the Moundsville Center, located off of 8th Street, through the North Wagon Gate.
